Cromer's Is Hiring For Customer Service Telesales

Cromer’s is expanding our Sales and Customer Service department and have a position that has just become available.  Quite simply here at Cromer's, we sell fun...and are looking for characters with character to add to the Cromer's Family to help that cause.  We are looking for a Customer Service Telesales representative to start very soon.

We are open to offering this as a full or part-time position.  Pay for the position will range depending on full or part-time status and experience.  If you or anyone you know matches the qualifications listed below, please send your resume and cover letter to customerservice@cromers.com for perusal.

The primary responsibility of the position will be as follows:

  • Handling inbound calls for sales, delivery issues, hours of operation, directions to retail location, etc.
  • Placing outbound calls as necessary to generate new sales.
  • Provide quotes as requested by customers.
  • Processing call in orders that are to be shipped.
  • Processing call in orders that are to be picked up.
  • Processing web orders.
  • Processing orders placed through email.
  • Responding to questions generated from customers through email.
  • Follow up on potential customer leads as provided by Cromer's suppliers.
  • Being a positive force in the work place with a strong work ethic, with a self-starting attitude and a smile.
  • Other miscellaneous duties (sometimes we'll need taste testers or street team members to go spread the word!)

The ideal candidate will be full of energy and enthusiasm, will have previous customer service experience, proficient with Microsoft Office (primarily, Outlook, Excel and Word), and will have some knowledge of ERP systems (although this can be trained as we have a proprietary sytem).  We cannot wait to hear from you and hope to have you join the Cromer's team!
